EBJ’s Board of Directors governs the program, appoints the director, oversees the operations, fundraising, and finances, and administers the scholarship program. The Board includes current and alumni parents, teaching staff, and Yale and New Haven community representatives, each of whom serves self-perpetuating two-year terms. Several directors have been actively involved with EBJ for decades. The Board meets ten times a year. Families are welcome to discuss any questions or concerns about EBJ with any board member.
Current parents are encouraged to serve on the board. Working closely with EBJ staff, alumni parents, and community members is an excellent way to ensure the continuing quality of the program.
